Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born October 17 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu films along with a handful of Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actress as the actor Savitri on the Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). In addition, she has received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar & actor Menaka G. Suresh. She started her career as a child actress during the 2000s, and later was back in films following her studies of fashion design. Her debut lead role in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first projects outside of Malayalam and signed up to appear in several Tamil films at the same time. Although the movie did poorly at the box-office the film she made her debut in is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005) where she played opposite Vikramprabhu. The busy schedule she had throughout the year resulted in her having choose to stay out of movies which she had already started making, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. In the end, she was involved in two projects together with Sivakarthikeyan within a short time, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the leading character on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. While the date for release of Janakitho Nenu has not been announced, it is reported that it could release in September 2020. Nenu Sailaja (2016), featuring Ram Pothineni as the actor was Keerthy's debut. Keerthy was first seen in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay.
